I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your work last year!

The JOG Hospitality team was instrumental in helping me take my customer experience to the next level. For the month of June, the team ran the operation while I was in between managers and was out of the country for part of this.
 
 Not only did they focus on elevating the front of house service but also streamlined food production and food safety and designed and implemented a new menu. The JOG team developed some SOP's, recruited staff to fill gaps in the schedule and helped to onboard the new manager when he started.
 
 They took a very stressful time in my life and allowed me to be away with confidence as the business was in great hands.
